42 Get up, let us go! Behold, the one who is betraying me is approaching!”

43 And immediately, while[a] he was still speaking, Judas—one of the twelve—arrived, and with him a crowd with swords and clubs, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders. 44 Now the one who was betraying him had given them a sign, saying, “The one whom I kiss—he is the one.[b] Arrest him and lead him[c] away under guard!”
